No transaction or valuation service

The browser calculator provides modeled existing-system economic estimates, not an appraisal, binding buyout price, financing offer or professional engagement. No purchase or paid subscription is active. Results depend on your facts and assumptions and should not alone determine a transaction or financial, tax, legal or investment decision. See the disclosures and methodology.

Your information

Do not submit confidential, sensitive, or third-party personal information through the demonstration. The privacy notice explains the current data flow and request options.

Availability and corrections

The demo may contain errors and may change or become unavailable. Contact johnmarciano@gmail.com to report a problem or request clarification. Nothing here waives rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be waived.

Future services

Any future paid service, account, will have applicable terms and notices presented before enrollment. Contact permissions apply only as selected in the signup form and may be withdrawn at any time.
